Are you interested in starting a career in development? The Leadership Giving Fellowship program is a paid fellowship hosted by UT Development. The (up to) two-year fellowship is designed for recent college graduates and early-career professionals to enter the field of advancement and become the next generation of front-line fundraisers. The fellowship is a pipeline program whereby participants may gain experience in front-line fundraising for higher education, with the hope that UT Austin can develop their talent and retain them through placements across our fundraising operation. Each fellow will come away from the fellowship with new skills, knowledge of strategic communications, and direct experience in fundraising. Want to learn more? Join us at UT Development's info session to learn more about the program and hear from several previous LGAs.
