In this class we’ll unlock the flavors of roots, shoots, tubers and flowers using seasonal and locally grown produce from the Farmers’ Market. Join current and former nonprofit portfolio students at the Sustainable Food Center for a class on cooking vegetables, on March 27th from 6:30 - 8:30 pm.
