Charlee is committed to leadership education and research. She is currently a clinical associate professor at LBJ, where she was awarded most engaging professor for both 2017–18 and 2018–19.
Garden recently initiated a partnership between LBJ and the Office of Student Affairs to launch Leadership at Scale, an experiment-focused approach to developing the leadership capacity of all students. One impactful experiment, CoachUT, offers professional leadership coaching to Student Affairs employees.
