
Mark Clayton Hand

Mark Clayton Hand is a PhD student at the LBJ School of Public Affairs at the University of Texas, where his areas of interest include organizational learning in campaigns and legislative offices, US immigration policy and network analysis.
Prior to his PhD, Mark taught Entrepreneurship and Social Entrepreneurship at Oxford's Saïd Business School and UT Austin. He has been an impact investor making, managing and supporting investments in over 40 ventures through his work with Gray Ghost Ventures, Oxford Seed Fund, Skoll Centre for Social Entrepreneurship, and UnLtd USA. He worked for four years in community development, including founding Manna Project International's site in Ecuador.
